Here at Lime Modern Living we are proud to present the Bontempi Casa new 2014 occasional collection. The Collection combines fun and functionality, with great new designs and the introduction of three new in-trend colours- Light Green, Old Rose and Light Blue. In this collection Bontempi Casa brings us innovative and colourful Coffee Tables, stylish Mirrors and beautifully fun Coat Stands.

The contemporary new Bontempi Casa Coffee Table range brings us pieces that combine Wood with Lacquered Metal in an attractive amalgamation of tactile wood and durable steel. The clever Bontempi Casa Basalto Coffee Table has a wooden top with a screw mechanism in a Lacquered Steel base to allow you to adjust the height. The Top is available in Natural or Lacquered Wood and the Base is available in nine different colours. The stunning Esa has a Wooden, three legged frame in Spessert Oak or Elm and a tri-sectioned Lacquered Steel top. The top is available, again in nine different colours, so you can match, compliment or contrast the beautiful wood frame. The charming Tiffany comes with a wooden frame in Spessert Oak or Elm, with handles along each end to allow it to be carried or re-positioned easily. The Top is Lacquered Steel and there is the option of a tray to add even more versatility. Also using a combination of Wood and Lacquered Steel is the Alfred Coffee Table, with Natural or Lacquered Wood top and Lacquered Steel base with incorporated magazine rack. Also available in nine different colours.

 Bontempi Casa have also introduced new Coffee Tables in shaped, Lacquered Steel such as the Pattern, with it’s triangular shape and perforated patterning and the vibrant Wizard with it’s energetic shape. New Bontempi Casa mirrors introduce the same vivacious style with Lacquered steel, bold shapes and contemporary design.  Included in the new range is the Illusion Mirror, a sumptuously large mirror with a stunning fractured effect which reflects light in multiple directions. The back is dark and creates a beautiful contrast to the bright mirror front. Also in the new collection is the Bontempi Casa Alga coat stand, in Lacquered steel. This striking piece has multiple sections which are re-positional, each with a post and comes in a choice of nine colours.

At Lime Modern Living we are brightening up our winter with the Calligaris Code range. Code…which literally means compliments design, is a new take on living accessories and a fun and colourful collection combining startlingly simple design with innovative style.

The Calligaris Marocco Rug is a contemporary piece inspired by traditional Moroccan designs and uses bright colours to create a modern vintage style. With geometric patterning and bold hues the Marocco is available in medium and large sizes and will add an injection of colour and warmth to your floor. The Pompom lighting range from Code is a fresh contemporary design, so simple yet full of energy. Over-sized opaque white bulbs on a slim frame uses altered proportions to create this distinctive modern classic. Available in a choice of finishes in suspension, standing or table lighting, this is a versatile design statement for any space.

Also from the Code lighting range is the Big Wave floor lamp, with another impressive use of proportion distortion with an over-sized shade on a slim base. The Big Wave has a distinctive and elegant style that compliments both classic and contemporary spaces. The fun Tender multi-use table is a functional design with a versatile shape and a cable channel incorporated into the stem. Available in white, sky blue or red the Tender comes with three interchangeable channel surrounds to add a splash of matching or contrasting colour. Also in the Code range is the Calligaris Bumper shelf and coat hook, an astoundingly simple yet stylish piece. With a Shelf on top, four concealed hooks beneath and availability in a range of colours, the Bumper is both a versatile and modest design piece.

Porada have infused the classic with the contemporary to create a sophisticated range of furniture infused with a timeless elegance. Classic designs are re-written with a subtle but definite contemporary twist, which rather than screams out, knowingly whispers modern contemporary style.

Porada’s Occasional range at Lime Modern Living include the versatile and popular Porada First Bookcase and Fancy Bookcase. Available in Canaletto Walnut or Spessart Oak these bookcases have beautiful detailing surrounding each shelf compartment and are open backed to maintain a sense of light and space. The base is in a Steel finish adding a flash of metal to attractively contrast the sculpted wood of these eye-catching bookshelves. Also in the range is the Porada Bea Armchair with gorgeous curves and a timeless shape, with the curve of the back echoing the distinctive circular base. The frame comes in either Ash or Canaletto Walnut, which includes a wide choice of tints and lacquered finishes and along with a wide range of fabrics and leathers you can custom your own classic contemporary style.

The Porada Riga Sideboard, as pictured with the Bea Armchair, is a graceful contrast with a deeply carved linear design and textured edges which flow almost seamlessly across the front and round the sides. The base is Satin Chrome and the wood is available in all the Canaletto Walnut finishes which blend together with an immutable sophistication. The Fluid Table is a stunning side table in Matt Lacquer, it’s simple but amazingly effective sculpting will look great in any classic contemporary space. Available in three sizes and seven colours you can mix and match. Porada also have a range of finishing touches, giving their contemporary twist to Clothes Stands, Lamps and Mirrors. The Oktagono Mirror is a contemporary take on a classic octagonal bevel edged mirror, exaggerating the bevel and creating an oversized and opulent look. The Porada Four Seasons Mirror, has a contemporary fifties look with bisected mirror in a Canaletto Walnut surround.

Lime Modern Living has managed to get relaxation down to a fine art and are delighted to share with you the latest sofas from the Calligaris range, designed to woo stylish lounge lovers as well as ‘wow’ any modern living space.

Contemporary, as well as exuding a sense of comfort and simplicity, the Calligaris Metro is a sofa that provides great "liveability”, courtesy of its timeless elegance and harmonious forms, with a versatility that allows it to blend easily into both classic and modern environments. It features piped edging along the seams of the armrest, backrest and seat cushions, in both fabric and leather covered versions.
